With the Slovenian Presidential term approaching, what will be its top priorities? Join us at the Chamber for an informative event on the Priorities of the Slovenian Presidency. This will be Slovenia’s second presidency and is being held in close cooperation with Germany and Portugal.

One of the key priorities of the Slovenian presidency will be establishing a greener EU and addressing climate change. This green transformation will come alongside other efforts to increase resilience to different crisis and comes with a focus on rebuilding the EU’s economy after the pandemic.

The Ambassador will also be able to elaborate on other areas, primarily around their Coreprer I responsibilities. This includes agriculture, competitiveness, education, sport, employment, environment, transport, and energy.

Ambassador Tamara Weingerl-Požar will be giving her thoughts on these priorities, and will be available to answer your questions in a moderated Q&A.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event.
