BritCham EU focusses on an extensive range of EU policy and the UK’s relationship with the EU and
BritCham Belgium on bilateral trade & investment and doing business in Belgium.
WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY
The UK and the EU are important markets for the BMW Group, but also free and seamless EU-UK trade is essential for our highly interconnected production plants on both sides of the channel. The green and digital transition of businesses will bring new challenges for EU-UK trade and customs. We believe that the British Chamber of Commerce (EU&Belgium) with its broad network and engagements will contribute to sort out these challenges, to find appropriate solutions and to maintain a prosperous EU-UK trade relationship for their members.
SD Worx and BritCham have a close and beneficial relationship, having worked together for some time now on a variety of projects, including the publication of a joint paper on Belgium Employer-Employee issues for British businesses from January 2021. We believe that BritCham is the key organisation that can act as a bridge for British companies that want to enter Belgian and European markets.
The UK is an important market for Siemens and the British Chamber of Commerce (EU&Belgium) is a very valuable platform for connecting with peers on a number of relevant topics for Siemens businesses, both in the EU and in the UK. We welcome the Chamber’s broad network and the engagements and exchanges on policy issues and other relevant topics as well as the practical advice the Chamber provides to its members.
We have partnered with The British Chamber on many occasions to connect and engage with their strong network, helping us to bridge the gap between business and education.
