As a BNG member, you can benefit from our mentorship programme, designed to connect you with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights to help you navigate your career path and achieve your goals.

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is the perfect tool for your personal development. Our mentoring scheme will be tailor-made for your needs and goals. With the support of our mentors, you’ll be best equipped to become the best version of (work) yourself!

Who are the mentors?

Mentors are volunteers with years of experience and expertise in Brussels, whether as consultants, policymakers, lawyers, academics, communications specialists or other, both in the EU institutions and private sector.

Once you apply and let us know what you're looking for in a mentorship scheme, we'll do our best to match you with someone who might give your professional development a boost.

Why should you join the mentoring programme?

The ultimate goal of the programme is to offer you all the tips and tricks to navigate your career path and achieve your goals. What should you expect from this experience?

  • networking
  • learn new skills
  • identify new possibilities for your future work
