Cancellation requests made more than 21 days prior to the event, BritCham will reimburse the event fee in full (less any transaction costs). 

Cancellation requests made between 7-21 days prior to the event, BritCham will reimburse 50% of the event fee (less any transaction costs). 

Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event, BritCham will retain the event fee in full.

For late payments (including but not limited to membership fees, sponsorship fees and event tickets and fees) BritCham reserves the right to charge interest.

This will be calculated using the relevant rate which is agreed annually by the Federal Public Service Finance department.
