BritCham Women's Academy
BritCham Women's Academy
Pilot Session
On the 30th of September from 12:30 to 14:30, the British Chamber of Commerce EU is launching the BritCham Women’s Academy, a new initiative dedicated to supporting the growth and empowerment of women across our network.
The Academy is designed as a space for honest reflection, skill-building, and connection, where members can come together to learn, share experiences, and develop tools that support their professional and personal journeys.
Pilot Session: Resilient Mindset—Turning Pressure into Power
How we respond to challenges defines our ability to lead, adapt, and thrive, especially for women navigating demanding, international environments.
This first workshop, Resilient Mindset: Turning Pressure into Power, is an interactive, in-person session led by Executive & Growth Coach Julia Ruessmann. It will help participants move beyond “powering through” stress and instead build sustainable resilience from the inside out.
Through group discussions, hands-on activities, and personal reflection, participants will:
- Debunk common resilience myths and reshape what resilience really means.
- Recognize patterns and triggers that affect their response to pressure.
- Learn practical tools to reset and shift perspective in real time.
- Reframe challenges as opportunities for growth and leadership development.
The aim is to leave the session with greater self-awareness, simple evidence-based strategies, and renewed confidence to turn pressure into a catalyst for growth.
