Defence Reset: A New Chapter of the EU-UK Security Ties
Defence Reset: A New Chapter of the EU-UK Security Ties
On the 15th of July the British Chamber of Commerce EU & Belgium is organising a roundtable discussion on "Defence Reset: A New Chapter of the EU-UK Security Ties".
The recent EU-UK Summit has set a new venue for future collaboration between the EU and the UK on key defence and strategic measures. A key highlight was the UK’s access to the new European defence funding programme - SAFE. The roundtable organised by the Chamber’s Defence and Security Committee will provide a timely platform to discuss the defence-related outcomes of the Summit, mechanisms for future cooperation, and most importantly to discuss what the upcoming negotiations can bring.
The event will be held under Chatham House Rule to encourage open discussion.
