Horizon Europe: What's Next?

Our patrons are warmly invited for a working lunch with Joanna Drake, the European Commission's Deputy Director-General for Research and Innovation, at De Warande on the 14th of May.

Ms Drake is in charge of Implementation, Impact and Sustainable Investment Strategies at the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, leading Commission programmes such as Horizon Europe, a €95.5 billion research programme spearheading European research and innovation in climate, environment, healthcare and agriculture from 2021-2027.

Over lunch, Ms Drake will discuss the Horizon programme's successors, helping our members understand the future of Commission research funds and investment, and how these could be impacted by the priorities of the next legislative cycle.
